Do sellers on misterwholesaler ship internationally?

Currently, wholesaler/supplier/manufacturer on misterwholesaler only ship within India.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

misterwholesaler is a marketplace with many wholesaler/supplier so you could see different prices for the same product..

I got damage/ wrong product what should i do? i paid already.

How do I know my order related details ?

For each step an e-mail will be sent to you. once you’ve successfully placed. We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the My Account > Orders.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service arranged by wholesaler/supplier/manufacturer. Delivery tracking detail you can find in your email or go to  My Account > Orders > tracking or you can contact courier company. You can ask support from wholesaler My Account > order > support.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

First check production capacity of wholesaler/supplier/manufacturer.

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Account > My Orders.

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

As per company policy, a shipment can’t be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

I use a Coupon but I cancelled the order. Can I get the coupon again?

No, Once a order is cancelled coupon will be cancelled too, it cannot be used again.

Can i use a coupon?

Yes you can if coupon offered by wholesaler/supplier/manufacturer its applicable for there products only. You can apply a coupon on cart page before making payment in APPLY COUPON.

How can I Self-Ship the product ?

Yes if your wholesaler/supplier/manufacturer provide you option for self-pick up. You will be libel for any damages, losses.

If they did not provide the option you can LIVE CHAT or SEND A INQUIRY to them.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy?

No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller’s Returns Policy.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received,the wholesaler/supplier/manufacturer confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.
You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the wholesaler/supplier/manufacturer  receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID ,a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
You will also be notified when the wholesaler/supplier/manufacturer ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/damage packet?

Kindly reach out to us f within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

You may be required to information’s like, short description of the case.

The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users

The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation

You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

Failure to provide adequate information about the case.

Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)

If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.

You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 – 4 days post – delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

You have used the item for which claim was raised.

Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care or contact us via email.

Can i pay cash on delivery ?

NO right now misterwholesaler don’t support COD, Team misterwholesaler is working on it.

I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?

GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product’s sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.

i got emails/calls seeking sensitive personal and confidential information?

NO WAY! If you receive an e-mail, a call from a person/association claiming to be from misterwholesaler/wholesaler/supplier/manufacturer seeking sensitive confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such confidential and personal data. We at misterwholesaler or our affiliate wholesalers/supplier/manufacturer never ask for such confidential and personal data. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.
